Title: FMC125 Analog Input Bandwidth
Post by: Fernando on November 13, 2013, 08:56 AM
After testing the FMC125 with some 625 Mbaud test signals we have experiencied some attenuation on the higher frequencies, probably due to the analog bandwidth of the FMC125. In the FMC122/FMC125/FMC126 User Manual it is referred that the analog bandwidth of the FMC is programmable (500/600/1500/2000 MHz). We would like to ask you which is the default analog bandwidth and how can we program it?

Best regards,
Fernando

Dear Fernando,

What the user manual says is that the e2v chip has a analog bandwidth setting. Check register 0x1, "Control Register" field "BDW".
