Title: Read/Write registers of ads62p49 with VIO

Hi


I'm trying read the registers from ads62p49 (FMC150) with the VIO of the reference design (virtex6dsp_rtl_reference_design_tutorial), but the result showed in all of them is zero, while the coe file of memory inicialization have other values.
I try to write on VIO the values and then read it from the register but, he continuos showing zero. Can anyone help me ?

Hello Tiago,


The ads62p49 requires a specific register bit to be set before read back is enabled, see the "Serial Register Readout" section in the device datasheet. Although I am not sure whether read back is supported by this design you could give this a try.
