I have the FMC176 board, I need the board schematic and cable specification to interface to the front end(ADC/DAC).

Dear Sir,
I cannot provide you with the schematics unless an NDA is in place between 4DSP and your company. You can arrange that with my sales colleagues.
Normally there should be all the information required in the user manual. If this would not be the case, let me know precisely which information is missing so we can update our documentation.

Dear Sir,
When I porches the FMC176 mention to the 4DSP representative I am using the KC705 as my platform for FMC176 and I need to receive the KC705 project with the FMC176 hardware. I was told the 4DSP implement a project for FMC176 using the KC705 and 4DSP will send me a link to download the project. I download the board support project for FMC176 and I do not see any Xilinx project for KC705, would you please let me know where the KC705 project is.

According to this post http://www.4dsp.com/forum/index.php/topic,1789.msg9379.html#msg9379 (http://www.4dsp.com/forum/index.php/topic,1789.msg9379.html#msg9379) you have found the firmware already but you are having an issue by not using StellarIP and you get your empty folder
You should browse to .sdf and press Generate, then you will get your ISE project ( these trivial steps are described by the 4FM Getting Started Guide ).

Dear Sir,
Does StellarIP will generate the KC705 pin Assignment(UCF), Also do you have any document for FMC176 interface to the KC705 like attached document from AVNEt(KC705 to FMC150). If 4DSP implement the KC705 with FMC176 why I can not have the project for KC705, If I have to send any NDA please let me know

Dear Abraham,
Yes correct, StellarIP creates the toplevel and the ucf automatically; you will get a complete ISE project targetting your correct ISE version, ready to be compiled.
Note that there is also a precompiled bit file.
