A customer has a design on VP680 with LX240T and consider moving to SX315T.
Q1. Are these fully pin-compatible?
Q2. Would it be sufficient to change the option from LX240T to SX315T to obtain a working bit file?
Thanks

Hi Jonas,
they are fully pin compatible
normally changing the target FPGA type is sufficient yes. But as always you never know. On our side we have successfully delivered VP680 with SX315T and did not encounter any issues with our reference designs.
