I am trying to follow the "getting started" procedure for an FMC110 board and an ML605 FPGA board. The bit file ml605_fmc110.bit loads, and the 4FM FMC Analyzer program recognizes the FMC card and the Carrier. However, when I click the "open device" button, I get an error that says there "Unable to connect to FPGA" and a cmd window that says "Could not obtain sipcid table (error ffffffff)". None of the LEDs near the Ethernet port on the ML605 are on or blinking.
I saw a similar post in this forum suggesting that I should use a different bit file, 363_ml605_fmc16.bit. That bit file has the same symptoms.
