Missing .TClib files to generate .xise project (228_kc705_fmc112)

Hi,
I have done tutorials about 400_kc705_trainmat in Getting Started Guide using StellarIP. Now, I attempt to generate .xise file of 228_kc705_fmc112 but I don't find library in star_lib (just only library.xml). How can I get .xise to test in ISE Project Navigator?

Perfect, indeed, the chapter 8 in the Getting Started Guide document explains how to convert a "legacy" project into a new project.
