Topic: Not able to configure flash programming file to KC705  (Read 19986 times)

Hello,
Below topic is closed , but i am not able to configure flash of KC705 after checking everything on KC705 board.  I want to configure flash programming file for KC705 to change the default 2.5v. Flash program file is given in the following location:C:\Program Files\4dsp\4FM Core Development Kit\Plug-Ins\FMC667\Ready Files\KC705_1V8_VADJI am following the steps given in 4FM getting started guide, but not able to program(at 8% of completion it is waiting infinitely).arnaudNL Can you please send me .mcs file and .bit file which are tested on this board. I will check again with these new files.Regards Vamshi

Dear Sir,


I have verified the mcs file included in the BSP, it works just fine. To make sure of that, I am attaching it on that post. I looked at the progress and 8% is the moment when the programming finishes. Note that I have a KC705 REV 1.0.


I used the settings as given by the 4FM Getting Started Guide for the board.

You might want to ask assistance from Xilinx also. The question is how to setup Vadj=1.8 on the KC705, which is a Xilinx board. They might be able to help so more. The fact the programming file works here indicate something is not right either with your computer, or your KC705 jumper configuration.

Dear Sir,


Could you please report back to me whether or not I can close this topic? I have tried the files on one of our KC705 and it worked just fine, as the log indicates.


You will need to get in touch with Xilinx if the problem persists, they might have other solutions to set VADJ to 1.8V instead of 2.5V
