buffer size in fmc104

The reference software allows maximum buffer size of 32*1024. Any size higher than this gets error communicating with adc. Is there any way to increase this buffer size or time of acquisition from a single adc?

Dear Sir,
This limitation is about having a 64kB FIFO in the firmware. You would need to use a hardware memory instead of the FIFO 64kB in order to buffer more data. This is integrator responsibility.
