Adjustable gain for FMC150 DAC chain

My questions pertain to ML605 reference RTL design from Avnet.

1. Is it possible to make the DAC gain of FMC150 adjustable/programmable?
2. How do we achieve a full range of 1 V p-p out of DAC using the current reference design? Is it advisable to do so?
