4DSP will release a New Series of Xilinx Virtex-6 FPGA based digital signal processor (DSP) boards within the next few weeks. These boards are in the CompactPCI form factor which is electrically a superset of the desktop PCI but with a different physical size and connector.

CompactPCI or cPCI is a standards development of the PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group (PICMG). The cPCI standard defines both a 3U (100mm by 160 mm) and 6U (160mm by 233 mm) board sizes. These boards are mechanically compliant with Standard Eurocard Dimensions, also defined by IEEE 1101.1 mechanical standards.
