Dual channel 105MSPS 14-bit ADC PMC

Description

The AD480 module is a dual channel, 105MSPS, 14-bit ADC conforming to the single PMC form factor. The module samples the analogue inputs on the front panel SMB connectors and sends the raw data in 2s-complement format to the 64bit/66MHz PCI interface. The module is set up via the PCI interface or alternatively with the use of DIP switches in the event of the PCI interface not being available

An internal or external trigger signal initiates the sampling process of the module. The sampling clock is selectable from either an external source or on-board oscillator. The module's analogue interfaces are situated on the front panel and comprise of the ADC inputs and the external clock and trigger inputs.
